Supplier Management SLA & KPI Training

OVERVIEW

This responsive e-Learning course created while I was a Program Manager and Instructional Designer for Meta informs employees engaged in supplier relationships on the importance of measuring supplier performance and how to write effective SLAs and/or KPIs into contracts that maximize the return on investment (ROI).

  • My role and responsibilities: Instructional Designer | Content Writer & eLearning Architect

  • Targeted Audience: Meta Internal Employees

  • Tools Used: Articulate Rise (on-demand eLearning Course), MS PowerPoint (real-time training and storyboard for interactive course build), Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Vimeo.

PROCESS

I designed and developed this live training and interactive course by:

  1. Collaborating with the Supplier Management team to gather expert content on how to evaluate performance metrics, examples of SLAs and KPIs, and to incorporate relevant company guidelines and policy in the broader supplier management lifecycle,

  2. Constructing a preliminary in-person training and Storyboard using PPT to better organize each topic within the training course and ensure learning objective alignment as well as smooth delivery for presenters (including myself),

  3. Furthering the Storyboard by noting key elements, features and tools to make the next phase eLearning experience truly interactive for on-demand learners,

  4. Using Articulate Rise to bring the course to life, and

  5. Integrating extra visual/media elements created with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Vimeo.
